Services LAWSON
ASSOCIATES provides services that are flexible and customized to meet specific
needs of a client who is embarking on a Capital, Endowment or Annual
Campaign. We have assisted universities, churches, museums, human service charities,

Our services include, but are not limited to, planning of goals and objectives,
case statement development, prospect identification and cultivation, solicitation
strategy development, working with and developing campaign leadership, and

provide our services in a manner best suited for the client.Fundraising Campaigns (Capital, Endowment, Annual) - assist clients in all areas of fundraising management, including fiscal planning, organization, administration, and campaign management. These services are available to board, chief operating officers, staff, and volunteers. Before contracting with a client for campaign management services, LAWSON ASSOCIATES reviews carefully how in-house staff can best be organized to implement both short and long-range campaign management needs. An appraisal is also made of how outside services can be used by the staff most advantageously to supplement in-house capability. Feasibility Studies - a way to quantify the fundraising potential of any campaign, whether capital, endowment or annual. The study interviews and compiled results set the parameters for a campaign in terms of achievable goals and timeframe. The study allows an organization to test assumptions and to anticipate potential problems. Management and Implementation - provide an active, hands on approach to facilitate the implementation of all fundraising strategies and participate in donor solicitation for a successful Capital Campaign, Endowment Campaign, or Annual Campaign. Consultation and Coaching - enhance development operations with regular counsel offering guidance and strategy to ensure the proper structure and oversight for a successful Capital Campaign, Endowment Campaign, or Annual Campaign. Planning Studies - are complete assessments of an organizations staff, structure, resources and tools to implement a Comprehensive Campaign Plan effectively. Drawing upon years of experience, Feasibility Study results and staff interviews, Planning Studies offer specific actions to maximize efficiency and deliver desired fundraising results. Fundraising Strategic Plans - working with staff, board members and volunteers, LAWSON ASSOCIATES develops Fundraising Strategic Plans which are customized for each client depending upon the organizationís size and financial needs. Nonprofit Board Consultation is offered by LAWSON ASSOCIATES to non-profit Boards on all areas of Board concern and control including the acquiring of new Board members, Board governance, and Board member participation in fundraising campaigns (Capital, Endowment, Annual).
